Yesterday's French class necessitated a run-through of parties du corps (body parts). Our new professor is either v. cool, or thinks his Intermediate French pupils are ready for 'adult material.' Le vagine and le pénis/la verge were not in our syllabus last semester. I just want to point out the irony of how vagina is masculine (indicated by the le adjective). An indignant female classmate complained out loud, "It's a man's world."
